UCF Sample Mediation – Video

This is a sample mediation video that walks through the mediation process.
It begins with the ground rules and introductions. it then moves on to opening statements by all of the parties. They explain what brought them to the mediation and what they are hoping to get out of their time there. Then they negotiate the dispute. This video is produced by Dispute Resolution Students as the University of Central Florida.
