Most shipped U. S. orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Posted shipping rates are for shipments to the United States and Canada. We do not ship Internationally without further discussion of shipping costs.
Internet Services
This policy covers Internet services, such as Mediate.com Web Sites and promotional listings such as Premium Membership, Featured Placement, State and Provincial Banners, Video Streaming purchases and all other Internet and digital services.
For listings or services that are paid monthly, clients can cancel at the end of any billing month without penalty. There are no refunds for a partial month. For listings and/or services that are discounted and paid annually, refunds are not available prior to the end of the annual period
Returns & Refund Policy For Physical Items such as DVDs or CDs
You may return items with a substantial defect for replacement within 15 days of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to review the outline and free sample video that is available prior to purchase. If within 3 days you are not fully satisfied with the course, we will provide a 50% credit that can be applied to future purchases with Mediate.com.
