He also discusses the rising demand for arbitration, particularly within business/commercial and employment disputes, as well as the massive undertaking last year to move proceedings fully virtual in response to the pandemic. Chris and Amy conclude their conversation by discussing the biggest trends in the space for 2022 and beyond, what the process looks like to join JAMS as a panelist, and Chris’ advice for those aspiring to have a career in ADR.
