My career spans diverse fields and numerous roles within them.  Some key achievements in my career have included:

• Establishing a commercial and workplace mediation service – Bond National;
• Building and selling a national, professional services group in the IT and HR field - TriStar;
• Creating a national service in workplace dispute handling – Working Matters;
• Transitioning a fuel company’s convenience results through a refined strategy - Caltex; 
• Defining an Internet Strategy for a National IT Group in USA.

Helping people and business leaders - CEOs, Board Members, business owner and equity partners, corporate executives simplify the most taxing aspects of their disputes is my key driver.  

As a nationally accredited mediator, I serve on:

• six government dispute resolution panels,
• a University Board for a Masters Program in Dispute Resolution; and
• the Board of a Start-up.

Monash U. JD Course appointed me as a Senior Teaching Fellow and twice sent me to co-coach a negotiation team at the ICC Competition in Paris in 2016 and 2017.  I lectured part-time in Entrepreneurship at RMIT University.  I coach mediation to judges, barristers and solicitors.

I have a Degree in Applied Science, a Masters in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and attended the Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation as well as a Post Graduate Course on Negotiation, at ACU.
