Manon Schonewille is a highly experienced business mediator since 1996, IMI Certified Mediator and IMI Certified Mediation Advocate | Advisor, MfN register mediator, as well as founding partner at LEGAL REBEL Mediation & Negotiation office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. In addition, she is the founder of dispute resolution, deal making training and resource center Toolkit Company.

Throughout five continents, Manon has mediated commercial cases and trained and taught professionals in the advanced use of mediation and negotiation techniques, especially in intercultural settings. She consults with individual professionals, corporations and governmental organizations about conflict management, negotiation and setting up Dispute Prevention program. Her specialty lies in workplace, B2B and cross-border mediation. Manon supports corporations, partnerships and professional service organizations in finding negotiated outcomes for commercial and workplace disputes.

Through her legal background combined with experience as a business owner, having been an employer and employee and an international marketing manager for companies as well as key ADR expert for organizations in several countries, she is able to work with and understand the perspective of the individual persons involved, legal counsel as well as the business side.
