Mediation scheduled to discuss ‘sick courthouse’

SPRINGFIELD — The ongoing saga over the “sick courthouse” legal settlement marches on, with plaintiffs’ attorneys and representatives from the state Trial Court set to come together for mediation Monday.

Parties settled a class action lawsuit over environmental conditions at the Roderick L. Ireland Courthouse that plaintiffs contend have triggered grave health problems for decades.
