Contact Tom Geiser

As a successful communications professional for over 20 years, Tom decided to follow his passion become a certified mediator. For years, he spent a great deal of time working out the best outcomes for colleagues, clients, vendors, and companies. Now he takes that experience with him as he guides parties through the mediation process.

Tom is certified in the State of Missouri as a Mediator. He has worked with the Conflict Resolution Center of St. Louis as part of the Mediation Apprenticeship Program and belongs to several professional mediation associations.

Tom has worked with companies and clients for decades to settle disputes. It is only recently that he decided to become certified in this field.

Tom received his bachelors degree from Saint Louis University in Communications and American Studies. He has passed Missouri's Basic Civil (Core) Mediation Training.

Tom's approach to dispute resolution involves hearing both sides of the story and helping both parties understand all facets of the disagreement. He is only a guide and shepherds the parties to a successful resolution. He simply brings to light the best ways conflicts can be resolved.
