Tim Langella knows first hand how the adversarial nature of litigation can result in cases becoming overly expensive and time consuming. As a mediator, neutral arbitrator or independent case evaluator, Tim Langella can help you and your clients find agreeable solutions to all manner of complex disputes, including but not limited to contract disputes, breach of trust disputes, shareholder disputes, employment related disputes, personal injury and product liability disputes, distribution/licensing/royalty based disputes, and bankruptcy related claims. Meeting and hearing rooms are available throughout New England.
