Description of Practice

Dr. Parnell received her B.A. in 1984 from Flagler College and her M.S. in Clinical Psychology in 1988 from the University of Central Florida. She received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1990 from the Florida Institute of Technology.

She is a Licensed Psychologist and Certified County and Family Mediator in private practice in Maitland, Florida. She serves children, adolescents, and adults with specialization in child abuse, domestic violence, juvenile justice, divorce/custody, and Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome. Dr. Parnell performs psychological evaluations for the family, dependency, criminal, and civil courts.

Previously, she practiced in a group practice for over seven years specializing in the same areas. While there, she was one of a team of psychologist consultants to the Orange/Seminole/Osceola County Multidisciplinary HRS/CPT Case Management Staffing.
