As mediator, my role is to help the parties find a path to resolution. Each case is unique, as are the needs of each party. I tailor my approach to fit the parties and the dispute. I listen to the parties, empathize with their experience, pose questions, offer feedback, and facilitate the parties' efforts to find common ground and resolution.
