Description of Practice
Sue Bronson is a mediator with over thirty-five years experience. She provides opportunities to improve communication and expand options to meet your needs. In addition to written agreements, people have expressed that they feel more confidence, have a better understanding of each other's perspectives, and are comfortable with their decisions.
Sue Bronson provides clear structured information to demystify complex concepts without oversimplifying. Her training sessions offer theoretical understanding, provides the context to translate theory into practice, and stays focused on the heart of the matter. She encourages people to build on and integrate the knowledge and skills they bring. How you reach the result, is as important as the goal itself.
Professional Background
As a psychotherapist, Sue helps to strengthen relationships, provide healing from trauma, and assist people to regain inner peace.
Sue is Co-Chair of the ACR Elder Justice Initiative on Eldercare Coordination. Sue is also Past Chair of the Association of Conflict Resolution Family Section and a charter member of Wisconsin Association of Mediators. She is the lead author of the Self-Assessment Tool for Mediators, now translated into Spanish, French, and Dutch.
