Description of Practice
Sue Bronson is a family and workplace mediator with over twenty-five years experience. She provides opportunities to improve communication and expand options to meet your needs. In addition to written agreements, people have expressed that they feel more confidence, have a better understanding of each other's perspectives, and are comfortable with their decisions. Sue Bronson provides clear structured information to demystify complex concepts without oversimplifying. Her training sessions offer theoretical understanding, provides the context to translate theory into practice, and stays focused on the heart of the matter. She encourages people to build on and integrate the knowledge and skills they bring. How you reach the result, is as important as the goal itself.
Since 1983, Sue has been a pioneer in mediation with her primary focus on mediating work place disputes and custody and parenting agreements. Sue Bronson is the Past Chair of the Association of Conflict Resolution Family Section and a charter member of Wisconsin Association of Mediators. She is the lead author of the Self-Assessment Tool for Mediators, now translated into Spanish, French, and Dutch.
