Approach

After many years as a litigator, I came to the realization that mediation offered a way for parties to resolve their disputes amicably and respectfully and without the significant cost of litigation. This is especially important in family law cases, where the parties have children and need to continue to interact with each other until their children reach 18 years old.

Fees

There is a one time administration fee of $150, and the hourly rate for mediation, parenting coordination and divorce coaching is $150 per hour. The administration fee is due before the date for the first meeting and can be mailed. The fees for subsequent meetings are due on the day of the meeting and is usually divided equally between the parties. I accept checks or cash currently.
