Eighty percent of cases mediated settle on the day of mediation. Pre-litigation mediation is encouraged. Mediation allows the parties to have some control over the outcome.

Fees are discussed, depending upon the matter involved, and may be hourly, a fixed fee, or pro bono, depending upon many factors. NO FEE IS CHARGED for consultation to the point of determining what might be best suited to the situation and parties involved.
