Description of Practice
Hiller Law and SuperMediation Firm believes that conference mediation is one of the best ways to resolve family law matters. Conference mediation is usually done in several two-hour sessions with the mediator and parties. We mediate for doctors, their spouses, and other successful individuals; and we represent people from many countries and backgrounds. HERE you get legal advice and mediation you can’t get anywhere else:
1) You may or may not want your divorce. We can proceed with your divorce, through mediation or representation. We offer marriage mediation and predivorce petitions to prevent divorce; 2) we are mediators and trial lawyers who mediate and protect your divorce, parent-child and property rights; 3) we are mediators and lawyers who mediate for and represent you in your non-divorce children's issues and other family law disputes. We are likely the only attorney-mediators ANYWHERE to offer these 3 family law and mediation services. Further, our reputation for performance is stellar, delivered to you traditionally as well as through our innovativeness and versatility.
