I use an interest-based approach, utilizing joint (face-to-face) mediation and caucus as appropriate. I believe that the parties to the conflict should have ownership over the conflict and ownership of the resolution. The mediation process can help give the participants a voice in their decisions.

$240.00 per hour. I charge on an hourly basis and fees are due at the end of each session. I accept credit and debit cards.
