Description of Practice

During my 40 year law practice, I have relied on mediation as the primary method to resolve disputes. As a mediator, my goal is to facilitate dispute resolution in a productive setting in which each person has a voice. I mediate pre-litigation and litigation matters, including family (traditional and non-traditional families), and civil and workplace disputes. Reasonable prices. Weekend appointments available.
