Description of Practice
So you want to co parent? The American Bar Association reported in 2017 that the best way for you to resolve future disputes is to learn how to listen, understand and respond. My mediation style allows you and your child's other parent the ability to problem solve and work through the issues at hand. Use my twenty five years of experience as a family law attorney to help find win-win solutions for your divorce or custody dispute.
Licensed in 1992, Family Law Attorney for 25 years, Mediator Trained and Certified Family Law Mediator. Trained as Collaborative Divorce Attorney in 2016.

Prefer Facilitative/problem style as well as transformative mediation. I want to see parents talking through their problems - listening, understanding and reflecting. Can we get to the "why" of the dispute - that is the question we want answered!
Fees: 400 per side for 1/2 day mediation, 900 per side for full day
Resources for parents are available as needed. I believe that education is the first step to be ready to mediate!
