What separates Lucia from others is her techniques in the psychological dynamics of negotiation and dispute resolution, including her training in emotional micro-expression and lie detection, and integration of neuroscience and decision analysis into every dispute or negotiation.
She has over 350 hours of mediation and negotiation training, in addition to 10 years of law school teaching, and has mediated hundreds of cases.
