Elizabeth "Libby" Morrison Pritchard is the founder, owner, and president of Phase Vision, a woman-owned mediation and facilitation firm based out of Alexandria, VA. She specializes in environmental conflict management and transformation, particularly within the mining industry.

Her practice also focuses on team conflict resolution and mediation for athletic and workplace teams; she was a DI and DIII volleyball player, high school and club volleyball coach, and has worked on numerous professional teams in both the public and private sectors.
