Description of Practice

WATER, LAND, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Larry has a BS in geology and an MS in hydrogeology. Prior to becoming a mediator/facilitator in 1998, he was a ground water/environmental consultant and project manager on projects both nationally and internationally. His training in mediation/facilitation began with environmental and public policy dispute resolution. Subsequently, he has over 300 hours of mediation/facilitation training in various aspects of ADR including a certificate of advanced study in ADR from University College, Denver. His practical experience includes over 800 hours of mediation/facilitation on a variety of cases involving land development, energy, water, and environmental issues. Larry is a current member and past national president of the American Institute of Professional Geologists, and a current member of the Mediation Association of Colorado, and the Rocky Mountain Association of Environmental Professionals.
