Description of Practice
Kendall is a construction mediator, construction arbitrator and construction expert witness in litigation support.
For 40 years, Kendall served as project manager, from estimating to project completion, on over 150 construction projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants, hotels, banks, hospitals, assisted living and nursing homes, office buildings, retail and government projects, ranging in size from $50,000 to over $32 million. Extensive knowledge about all facets of the construction process, including design development, bid preparation, estimating, purchasing, project administration, communications with clients and design professionals. Served as president of a $65 million general contracting company and regional manager of a $150 million construction company.
Panel Chair on large complex construction dispute with 27 day hearing involving five parties with claims exceeding $50 million. Completed over 20 construction arbitration and mediation proceedings in Amarillo and Fort Worth, Texas; Joplin, Sedalia and Kansas City, Missouri; Atlanta, Georgia; Tampa, Florida; Los Angeles, California; and Madison, Wisconsin.
