Description of Practice

I focus on mediating divorces, fraud allegations, partner disputes/dissolutions, IRS audits, and other business disputes. As a CPA and CDFA, I help divorcing clients understand their settlement options. I can help clients save on attorney fees and can provide them the assurance that they are making informed financial decisions in a divorce. As a tax accountant, I can also help my clients file accurate tax returns that can become complex due to divorce or business dissolutions. I am also trained as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) to conduct fraud investigations.

Professional Background

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). These credentials allow me to mediate disputes that involve complex financial transactions. I am qualified to mediate disputes involving fraud, tax disputes, partner disagreements, divorces, and other financial disputes.

I am actively involved with our local alternative dispute resolution center. I have mediated felony cases, divorce cases, and business disputes.
