Description of Practice

I specialize in Family and Workpace Mediation and Restorative Practices. As mediator, facilitator and coach for over 20 years, I work with families, teams and individuals to help resolve personal and professional conflicts, whether they be new and unexpected conflicts or long standing, simmering conflicts that feel intractable. As an restorative practioner for over 10 years, I am experienced in addressing harm and its ripple effect on extended families and communities. Since the ermergence this Spring of the COVID19 virus and the need for physical distancing to minimize risk I offer online mediations for interpersonal and team workplace disputes as well as family parenting and elder mediation.
