Professional Background
Prior to serving as a Circuit Court Judge, I was an Attorney at the Division of Regulation & Licensing for the State of Wisconsin. I enforced the statutory laws and board regulations relating to licensing and professional performance for a multitude of businesses and professions in the state.
Prior to the Division of Regulation & Licensing, I served as an Administrative Law Judge for Hearings & Appeals in the Probation and Parole Division. I conducted numerous probation and parole revocation hearings throughout the State of Wisconsin at various jails and prisons and issued decisions on whether or not to revoke probation or parole for an offender and imposed sentences and made recommendations regarding sentencing for those who violated their supervision.
After graduation from Marquette University Law School, I served as an Assistant District Attorney for Waukesha County, Wisconsin for 10 years. I have handled a wide variety of cases and done numerous jury trials, court trials, motions and other contested matters.
Experience
I have successfully resolved many disputes in cases of divorce, paternity, contract issues, business litigation, landlord tenant, real estate transactions, partnerships and LLC issues, accidents and personal injury, workers compensation and more. Any dispute can be resolved faster, cheaper and with your input into the final resolution which avoids litigation and the emotional trauma of the unknown resolution and the time and money to allow a court or jury to make a decision without your input.
