Professional Background

Janie Winning spent the first twelve years working for defense contractors for the United States Air Force, successfully facilitating collaborative thought through process improvement programs to help save Air Logistic Commands from closure. Ms. Wining then moved over to the Construction Industry in 2002 and quickly began applying these skills to Turner Construction Northern California Builds; such as, Sacramento Airport Terminal B, SMUD Net Zero Campus, Bay Area Tech Company Builds, Levi's Stadium, 222 Mission and Golden 1 Center to name a few.
