Approach

For mediation, the facilitative approach is the preferred method, but I fashion my approach to fit the needs of clients and specific cases. For arbitration, my decision are based upon evidence both textual and contextual presented before me. I am fair and impartial in all cases. Evidence is truth.

Fees

Fees start at $175/hr and are quoted on a case by case basis. A retainer of 2 x my hourly rate is required before I review documents. I do offer a sliding scale fee for low income individuals.
