Description of Practice
Hilary Bendon started HXB with a passion for empowering people to transform conflict into opportunity. She believes in focusing on the human side of things and knows there is never just one right answer. Using her decades of experience studying interpersonal relationships and the underlying causes of disagreement, discord and disputes, she empowers companies, teams and individuals to forge a productive path forward.
Conflict resolution is about more than improving communication. It’s about empowering companies, teams and individuals to find opportunity in the face of difficulty. With our calm, caring and unbiased approach, we get to the heart of any underlying issues. By facilitating communication and alignment, we allow every situation to unfold in ways that are most likely to result in lasting change.
HXB offers conflict resolution through mediation, coaching, facilitation and consultation. HXB also serves as a Workplace Ombuds for small to medium size companies.
