Description of Practice

Harry is admitted to practice in the State and Federal courts in Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York. He has over 50 years experience in insurance, maritime, contract and real estate, admiralty and domestic relations law. Whether a dispute arises out of business or personal relationship he will endeavor to assist the parties in seeking to resolve the matter without judicial interventions. In addition to an active law practice Harry has served With Cape Mediation in its mediation and conciliation programs.

Professional Background

Harry was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1962, the Massachusetts Bar in 2000, and the New York Bar in 2013. He has served as arbitrator in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and American Arbitration Association. Since April 2005 and presently serves as arbitrator Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation. Certified mediator Commonwealth of Massachusetts, mediator and conciliator with Cape Cod Mediation Association, Orleans and Barnstable District Courts May 2005 to date.

Experience

Presently and since May 2005 has served as mediator with Cape Cod Mediation in Orleans District Court. Since its inception Harry has served as conciliator in the Barnstable District Court. For the past 13 years Harry has been an arbitrator for the Home Improvement Arbitration Program of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation.

Degrees

Graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1958 with a B.A. degree, Rutgers Law School in 1961 J.D. degree.
