As the founder of ResolveWithGrace, Grace Seferian, is an EXPERT IN CONSTRUCTION and practices alternative dispute resolution (ADR) specializing in mediation, arbitration and dispute review boards (DRB)s. She has OVER 20 YEARS experience in the construction industry as a Program and Construction Management professional. In addition to being a licensed Professional Engineer and a General Contractor, Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management.
The combination of her engineering and construction experience gives her a complete and well-balanced understanding of the building process. Grace has a deep understanding of technical terms, engineering and claims analysis principles and has resolved hundreds of construction disputes and potential claims.
