Over 300 hours of private and community training programs.

Mediator since 1982 in the following settings: community; consumer; education; interpersonal and family issues, including eldermediation; multicultural; real estate; juvenile victim/offender; workplace; EEO (alleged discrimination).

Facilitative or transformative or a combination, as appropriate. I am flexible and adapt the process to the parties, taking into account their expressed needs and desires, including cultural preferences.

Fees

My fees vary accoding to the situation, location and duration. Sliding scale to accommodate those with limited financial resources. Free thirty minute exploratory meeting with interested parties.

Presented at international conferences in the U.S. and Mexico. Trained facilitators in Costa Rica. Member of ACR and ADRNC. On Superior Court Mediation rosters of San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties, CA. Have served on Advisory Committee of Juvenile Victim/Offender Mediation Program of San Mateo County.
