Description of Practice

Lisa Fisher helps individuals and small groups to navigate challenging conversations and relationships with greater ease and empowered compassion. You will learn to remain calmer and more focused in tense situations by utilizing the mind-body connection.

Workplace coaching:

If you are a manager who is tired of dealing with ongoing tension and conflict in your team, you have come to the right place. I will help your team members become aware of their own contribution to the dynamics, understand what is not working and why, and develop the skills to have productive dialogues and work well together, even when they disagree or don't like each other. I help managers to create collaborative work environments, make decisions that teams will support and implement, and find supportive and effective ways to hold team members accountable.

Divorce coaching:

I help divorcing spouses to stop fighting or avoiding each other and build a more harmonious relationship, so they can enjoy smooth co-parenting and a post-divorce life they love.

Rather than merely providing an external and temporary solution to a specific conflict, I coach each individual to build internal and lasting competence that will improve all areas of life.
