- Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. - I have substantial mediation experience throughout central and south Florida in numerous judicial circuits. - I conduct a broad range of complex business matter circuit civil mediations - contracts, real estate, HOA disputes, residential and commercial foreclosures, mortgage modification in bankruptcy cases, construction, banking, finance and securities - in most central Florida counties, including Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, Orange, Sarasota, Hardee, Hernando, Polk, Citrus, Lake, Marion, Sumter and DeSoto. - Member of the Mortgage Modification panel for homeowners in bankruptcy by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – Middle (all Divisions) and Northern (all Divisions) Districts of Florida. - Certified mediator for Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes. - MBA-Harvard Business School, BA-Harvard College, former senior executive finance, securities, real estate, banking, international consulting. - Fluent Spanish. - Rated "excellent" for mediation professionalism by virtually all responding mediation participants. - Comfortable, confident, courteous, committed and fair. - Mediate throughout central and south Florida. Professional Background

Before becoming a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Earl served as a senior executive in corporate settings on a broad range of management and legal issues, human resource matters, finance, securities, real estate, budgeting and strategy. Earl has negotiated real estate transactions, cross-border agreements and loan transactions, and helped structure royalty agreements, sales agreements, employment contracts, leases, major insurance underwritings, construction contracts, collaboration agreements, consulting contracts and business acquisitions. He has formed and led teams, performed business and strategic planning, conducted hundreds of senior level meetings and presentations, made public speeches to large and small audiences and written research studies on complex business topics. Operating as McClure Mediation, LLC, Earl has conducted hundreds of mediations throughout central and south Florida, receiving outstanding participant ratings.


Since commencing his work as a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Earl has mediated hundreds of cases throughout central and south Florida, covering approximately ten judicial circuits. He also served as Director of Operations for approximately one year with a program manager in charge of managing court mandated foreclosure mediations for a judicial circuit in central Florida. During that period, Earl helped develop guidelines for mediation operations, selection of mediators and insuring compliance with mediator ethical requirements for the program.


Earl McClure received his B.A. degree in General Studies with a concentration in economics from Harvard College. He received his Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He has also studied at George Washington University and the University of Alabama. Earl has taken numerous additional training courses and certifications in such areas as securities (formerly Brokerage Supervisor, Securities Sales and state licensed), real estate syndication, Florida real estate sales, laws and practices, investment analysis, cross-cultural studies and intensive language training in Spanish. He has also received special training in Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation.


Earl brings to mediation a calm, reasoned approach geared to common sense, a respectful consideration of all parties' interests, and a commitment to the balanced and fair treatment required of a neutral in dealing with parties in dispute. Earl believes in encouraging parties to clarify relevant issues and facts. He also is aware of the often predominant issue of settlement amounts and the intense negotiation that is sometimes required to bring parties together. Earl believes that a confident professional demeanor, combined with patience, imaginative thinking and resourcefulness are invaluable to producing solutions acceptable to both sides in dispute. $125.00 per party per hour. If three parties, $100.00 per party per hour. Fees for certain court mandated mediations with stipulated fees are those set by the corresponding court.
