He has 20 years of experience resolving disputes as an arbitrator and over 11 years serving as a neutral. Over the course of his career, Mr. Brown, either as a mediator or party representative, successfully mediated over 200 litigated cases, including matters of wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries and other serious personal injuries, product liability, class actions, sexual harassment, discrimination, construction defect, and business dissolution.
