Description of Practice

I provide divorce, custody and support mediation services to parties in Erie and northwest Pennsylvania in an effort to help individuals resolve their differences without litigation. This helps them to preserve their relationships, save time, money and emotional energy.

Professional Background

Attorney Bradley K. Enterline has provided legal services in Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1984. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a partner in the law firm of Carney & Good and currently practices primarily in the areas of family law and mediation, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence. His legal experience over the last 21 years has included such areas as civil litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, personal injury, contract matters, employment issues and discrimination cases, zoning, landlord/tenant matters and real estate. Attorney Enterline also represents domestic violence victims through Protection from Abuse Coordinated Services, an arm of SafeNet Erie.

Attorney Enterline has been a mediator in Northwestern Pennsylvania since the fall of 2004. He is on the Erie County Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and was involved in the implementation of the Erie County Bar Association's Mediation Program. He is one of the approved mediators through the Erie County Bar Association Mediation Program and is also a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution. He was appointed to the PBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.

My approach to mediation is facilitative and is designed to allow the parties to craft their own agreement. I attempt to explore with the parties creative solutions that meet their needs and allow them to co-parent and preserve their relationship.

Fees are discussed in advance. I provide a free consultation to the interested parties and explain the process and answer any questions they may have.
