Description of Practice

Ana is on the neutral panels of the San Diego Superior Court, American Arbitration Association (AAA), ADR Services, Inc., Better Business Bureau (BBB), and California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH). Her fluency in Spanish and unique background makes her extremely qualified to understand the cultural nuances and undertones that facilitate the resolution of disputes in multicultural settings and between multilingual parties.
Ms. Sambold is the Co-Chair of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) ADR Committee and is on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA). She has taught extensively on conflict resolution, communication and cross-cultural conflict management with the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC).
Ms. Sambold received her credentials in mediation and dispute resolution from Harvard Law School and Pepperdine University School of Law. She can conduct mediations and arbitrations entirely in Spanish when necessary. Ms. Sambold is available for mediations throughout California.
