Description of Practice

Mediation services include: Family, Business, Entertainment, Landlord Tenanted, and Juvenile cases. In addition to race relations. What makes me different is my training in conflict resolution that I applied from my years working in crisis intervention. I am able to handle the tough cases. Specializing in in family relations and juvenile issues I have seen solutions in cases were the parties had felt hopeless or hostel. Whether it be business, family, landlord tenant or juvenile court issues I will be there to support until a solution that is equitable is reached.

Professional Background

My background includes Legal with an emphasis in contracts, training in crisis intervention and at-risk youth, strong in negotiation concepts.

I attended ADR Mediation Program (one of the best mediation course anywhere) where I received a mediation certification in Basic and Family Mediation. I extended that training by getting certified in VORS which is a specialty mediation training for juveniles and their court system via Centennial Youth Services. Using NVC method I am highly trained in race relations. With these certifications and specialties I went on the mediate many cases successfully.

B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Managerial Finance. Law School-Southern Institute of Law-2006 Specialization in Entertainment Law-South Western Law School-2007 Training in Suicide Hotline-Los Angeles C.A.S.T.

Following closely the Harvard Information Documents on Mediation/Arbitration my approach to mediation is one case at a time. Each case is different and all emotions may turn a simple answer into a complicated question. Meaning, where emotions are involved making sure everyone is heard without judgement becomes even more essential to the outcome. In-other-words address the emotions at stake before tackling substantive issues.

Depending on the complexity of the case and the people involved. Most of the time one session can bring about resolution $450 per session. In some cases more than on session is needed, for this I offer packages for scale that will provide a resolution without being to costly.

Other Information

There are times in life where it is simply more affordable or reasonable to find a common ground rather than accumulating the financial and emotional expense of having the courts decide your fate . Mediation will allow for all parties to reach a resolution that is unique and beneficial to them.
