Description of Practice

I mediate all aspects of divorce, post-judgment parenting issues, non-marital property division, LGBTQ divorce, parenting, and Marvin-type matters, and all other family law type conflicts (including estate planning and trust issues). My 18 years of experience as a family law attorney proves to be an invaluable asset for my mediation clients because I can offer many settlement options and fully explain the alternatives to a mediated agreement. As a mediator, I am patient, facilitative, and informative. I mediate on flat fee basis because I believe that my clients deserve full transparency and finality. In my years of litigating family law matters, I learned that the best outcomes are those that parties negotiate themselves. Mediation offers not only an opportunity to have a peaceful transition to a post-divorce or post-break up co-parenting but also to look deeper into oneself for a transformative experience.

Professional Background

I am a family law attorney and certified family mediator with Zwierzchowski & Nguyen in Long Beach, California. I joined the California Bar in June of 2003 and have practiced family law since then. My goal as an attorney and as a mediator is to help parties reach a lasting resolution of their conflict.
