Description of Practice

Texas Credentialed Distinguished Mediator, in practice since 1992, Mediation Instructor since 1994. Specializes in corporate dispute resolution, communication and consultation, including EEO complaints, and family disputes.

Dr. Dale provides training courses and mediations out of the Worklife Institute Resource Center located in the Galleria Area of Houston, Texas.

Professional Background

Mediator since 1992; Mediation Instructor since 1994; Educator for over 40 years; Workplace Chaplain for 35 years; Clergy; Licensed Engineering Geologist; Psychotherapist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. MA from Stanford University, geology and education; M. Div. and D.Min. with graduate studies UT Health Science Center, and Ph.D. at Graduate Theological Union.

Approach

Conference style, transformative and facilitative, with caucus used as a tool in the process. Keep the parties together as much as possible to encourage discussion and working toward their own unique solution and/or understanding, with the aim of enhancing ongoing relationships.

Fees

$750/half-day (3-4 hours), $1400/day, split between/among the parties. Otherwise, $250/hour, with a sliding scale for those who qualify.

Other Information

Worklife Institute provides a comfortable and flexible facility for mediations. Saturday and evening mediations can be arranged. Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted for payment.
