Retired Wayne County (Michigan) Circuit Court Judge providing facilitative mediations and arbitrations of civil disputes; including auto negligence, No Fault claim disputes, commercial and business litigation and all other civil litigation except family law.

Practicing attorney from 1979 to 2008 specializing in civil litigation. From 2008 to 2020 Circuit Court Judge (Michigan) handling dockets comprised of criminal felony trials and civil litigation involving auto negligence, commercial litigation and insurance coverage disputes. Since 2020 working as facilitative mediator and arbitrator.

While sitting as a Circuitn Court judge I had a docket of between 800 and 1000 case in the civil division. As a result of these large dockets a significant amount of time was spen working with the lawyers to settle case. This experience was invaluable in providing me with the tools to become an accomplished dispute resolution specialist
