Approach

I practice Transformative Mediation. This approach focuses on transforming negative conflict interactions by empowering people to be mutually heard and fully express their stories. I do not tell people what to do and maintain 100% neutrality at all times. Instead, I support people making their own decisions with greater clarity and confidence. I see mediation as an opportunity to understand both the other person and oneself more clearly and in the process seek positive change.
