Description of Practice
Tina Bevans founded Foundations of Change, LLC in 2017 and is a trained mediator serving Tulsa and the surrounding areas. Mediation can save individuals both time and money versus traditional court proceedings, and most cases can be resolved or settled through mediation. You can start mediation before or after court filing and with or without an attorney. Mediation has also been proven to have higher levels of compliance with the agreements, saving money and frustration over time.
As an experienced therapist, Tina brings a unique set of communication and conflict resolution skills to mediation services with compassion and respect for all parties. Through mediation and using her unique skill set, Tina provides parties with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills they can use to resolve future conflicts that might otherwise result in court proceedings.
