I am working as a Mediator since the year 2010. Litigating parties get the resolution of their disputes through the process of Mediation. The satisfaction on their faces gives immense pleasure to me. I am in practice since 1989 and a large part of my time during the last 10 years was occupied in conducting mediation proceedings which brought relief to hundreds of litigating parties. While conducting mediation proceedings, I learnt the art of entering into the hearts of litigating people which is helpful to convince them to come to a compromise. Moreover, in my personal life also, if there is any conflict of any type in day to day activities, it has become very easy to handle. Looking into the level of satisfaction of the parties and myself, it has become passion for me. A mediator plays a life-changing role. Mediation looks at the future instead of dwelling in the past.
Depends upon the nature of the case and quantum of time involved.
