Description of Practice
I will mediate your civil litigation disputes, your Christian church disputes, your family law disputes, or your business, real estate or other litigation matters. I have mediated substantial numbers of cases in both California and Texas. I am a licensed attorney in both California and Texas and have substantial litigation experience in employment, family law, business, and real estate matters. I can also help you negotiate a separation package from your current or former employer.
Professional Background
I am a licensed attorney in both Texas and California. I graduated from Stanford University and Golden Gate University Law School. I practiced litigation in all courts, state and federal in California for many years, and have a strong background in settling cases in mediation in both Texas and California.
Experience
Mediated hundreds of cases in both Texas and California. Acted as a settlement conference judge in the Superior Court, County of Santa Clara for three years.

BS in Philosophy, with honors, Stanford University. JD from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA.

Approach
I believe that unless litigation or arbitration is the only alternative left for the parties, mediation is preferred. I am able to use the directed method or the facilitative method in mediation depending upon the needs of situation or the parties. I also am experienced in Christian conciliation or peacemaking, having acted on behalf of the San Jose Presbytery in California for a three year period.
