I envision a world where the divorce process is not adversarial, financially confusing or unreasonably costly. My process includes providing a thorough written analysis, developing fair and creative settlement options, advice on negotiation, and then directing one of our trusted attorney-partners in drafting your property settlement agreement and filing your divorce. A CDFA® is uniquely qualified to create win-win settlements taking into account the short-term and long-term effects of dividing property, determining affordability of the marital home, analyzing pension and retirement plans, and recognizing tax consequences of different settlement proposals.
Flat fees based on net worth and complexity or hourly.
