Specifically, I am a careful student of materials submitted, great listener, intuitive, and respectfully pro-active. I will lead the early discussions, establish credibility with the clients (my sense of humor often helps), and, if necessary, use "mediator tools" at appropriate times to bring the matter to a conclusion.

Fees vary from matter to matter. $300-500/hour

Other Information

Difficult matters come my way more often than not, as my litigation experience was on both sides of the fence. Many matters involve situations where counsel has little or no control over client(s).
