Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin area, Dr. Boyd and his team represents clients on and between U.S. coasts and abroad. With sixteen plus years of experience in mediation and organizational development consulting, we are able to discern and midwife solutions to support strategic objectives, attaining short and long term operational goals as well as developing organizations to ensure future growth.

Dr. Boyd, the primary of the CDBoyd LLC, has over sixteen years of experience in mediation and organizational development consulting in non-profits, global outreach ministries, and educational programs. Exceptional proficiency in strategizing and applying tactics in planning, development, and operational processes. Expertise in attaining short and long term operational goals as well as developing organizations to ensure future growth. Proficient in directing personnel and managing projects in multi-site and global locations. He is a proven and sought out leader and teacher, focused on equipping people for the work they are passionately called to execute. Dr. Boyd's particular capacities include:
