Description of Practice

I serve Indiana residents as a mediator, an arbitrator, and an attorney with a diverse practice, including family, criminal, and CHINS cases. I am registered as a Domestic Relations Mediator (#24513-64) with the Indiana Supreme Court Registry. I have worked as an Arbitrator for the Allen Courts’ day-long Arbitration Days and as a Mediator for day-long Mediation Days, and serve as the director of the Allen County Courts’ Reduced Fee Mediation Days. Collaborative Law is important to me in that it reduces negativity and promotes collaborative parenting.
