Other Information

*For your information: Litigation is initiated when one party files suit against another. The proceedings structured - formal and are governed by rules, such as rules of evidence and procedure, which are established by the legislature. Outcomes are decided by a judge and/or jury, based on the perceived factual questions of the case and the applicable law. The verdict of the court is binding, not advisory; however, both parties have the right to appeal the judgment to a higher court.

Rather than involving antagonistic parties or opposing interests seeking an outcome most favorable to their position, Sherrene prefers to have a conversation with the parties to find out the BEST possible solution that fits both or all of their needs, desires, and interests without the expense of court-fees and time wasted through the court process.
