Description of Practice

Lynne has practiced family law, including divorce, parenting, financial, and pre and post nuptials for more than 20 years. Her mediation focuses on bringing parties together to resolve their differences rather than spending thousands of dollars in litigation.

Professional Background

Lynne began her legal career as an Associate and Special Counsel at the large downtown Denver firms in 1994. She opened her practice in 2004, serving clients in all areas of domestic relations, including divorce, legal separation, grandparents' rights, children's issues, pre and post-nuptial agreements and co-habitation agreements.


As an attorney, Lynne has mediated 100's of cases with clients, always working toward avoiding litigation if possible. She recently began serving parties as the mediator in an attempt to resolve the difficult matters divorce litigants face in a more amicable fashion.

Lynne approaches her mediations with honesty and trust. She listens to both parties' sides so surprises can be avoided and works with the parties to reach their expectations and goals in an amicable fashion. Most importantly, Lynne understands the difficulties divorce litigants face and takes the time to identify solutions for all.


Lynne's current hourly rate is $215.00 per hour. Retainers are required to hold a date. Cancellation fees may apply if not timely requested.

Lynne has served on various boards and committees over the 20 years of her practice including, the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee, the Metropolitan Denver Interdisciplinary Committee, and her neighborhood association.
