Professional Background

As a former trial and corporate attorney for 25 years, a former SMU Adjunct Business Professor of Settlement and Negotiations, and with a University of Chicago Masters of Arts degree in Economics and Political Theory, studying game theory and conflict resolution, I bring a wealth of formal training, education, skill, personal attention, seasoned judgment and dedication to amicably mediating and resolving your dispute.

Experience

I have participated in almost 80 mediations and 17 arbitrations to date. I have both studied and taught at the graduate level the art and science of settlement and negotiations. I am separately credentialed in both general mediation and family law and divorce. We feature experience in disputes involving, banking, bankruptcy, business, construction, contracts, fiduciary, finance, HR, labor and employment, insurance and subrogation, international trade, personal injury, products liability, securities and, separate credentials in family law, SAPCR and divorce matters.

Fees

Full day: $1200 per party, payable on or at commencement of Mediation Half-day (4 hours): $650 per party
